RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
3. You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Please note that we must receive your returned item within 3 Days of return authorization.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2-3 Days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Refunds may take 7 working Days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

EXCHANGES

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Refund Policy :

Damage : Once damage order is return and approved then the order will be delivered in 7 days .

Return & Exchange : If return is approved then exchange or replaced product will be delivered in 7 days.

Return should be made within 7 days after receiving the product

Refund policy : If approved then refund will be credited to the original payment method within 10 days.
